1. Contractual Relationship These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the access or use by you of applications, websites, content, products, and services made available by MiralDrive. By creating an account and using the platform, you establish a binding contractual relationship with us. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the services.
2. The Services MiralDrive provides a technology platform that enables users of our mobile applications to arrange and schedule transportation logistics.
Clients: Users seeking transportation services.
Drivers: Independent third-party transportation providers who accept ride requests. You acknowledge that MiralDrive is a technology company and does not provide transportation services directly. The provision of the transport is the sole responsibility of the driver.
3. User Accounts To use most aspects of the services, you must register for and maintain an active personal user account. Account registration requires you to submit certain personal information, such as your name, address, mobile phone number, and age, as well as at least one valid payment method. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and must maintain the security and secrecy of your account username and password at all times.
4. Payment Terms
Fares: Clients understand that use of the services will result in charges for the transportation received ("Charges"). MiralDrive will facilitate your payment of the applicable Charges on behalf of the driver.
Pricing: Fares are calculated based on base rates, distance, and time. Fares may vary depending on demand, local regulations, and the type of ride requested.
Driver Payouts: Drivers will receive their earnings minus the applicable MiralDrive service fee, which will be clearly communicated within the driver portal.
5. User Conduct and Responsibilities
Mutual Respect: Both clients and drivers must treat each other with respect and maintain a safe environment.
Compliance with Laws: You agree to comply with all applicable local laws when using the services. Drivers are specifically responsible for ensuring their vehicles meet all local safety, licensing, and legal requirements.
Prohibited Activities: You may not authorize third parties to use your account, assign your account to any other person, or use the platform to cause nuisance, annoyance, inconvenience, or property damage.
6. Limitation of Liability MiralDrive shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost data, personal injury, or property damage related to, in connection with, or otherwise resulting from any use of the services.
7. Termination We may immediately terminate these Terms or any services with respect to you, or generally cease offering or deny access to the services or any portion thereof, at any time for any reason, particularly in cases of user misconduct or fraud.
